Product Description
Plastic sheet production line adopts different screw designs and mechanical configurations to be suitable for manufacturing a variety of plastic sheet (eg:PP,PE,PS,ABS,PMMA,etc.)
1. Extruder: special design of screw, precise temperature control system, good plasticization, high output and stable extrusion
2. Screen exchanger: hydraulic, fast and efficient changing
3. T-die: high grade alloy-steel material, multi-channel design and adjustable die lip gap
4. Three-roll calender: horizontal/vertical/tillted roll arrangement, adjustable roll gap to ensure calender effect and equipped with roll temperature controller
5. Cooling frame: cold roll, fan cooling and equipped with siding trimming
6. Winder: equipped with high quality torque motor, adjustable rewinding speed and tension
